2. Delivery Timeline:
Fast Delivery: We strive to deliver all orders within 2 business days from the date of purchase.
Processing Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM are typically processed the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Order Tracking:
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive a notification via email or WhatsApp with your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery.

4. Service Areas:
We currently provide delivery services across the United Arab Emirates. If you are located in a remote area, please note that delivery times may slightly exceed the standard 2-day window.

5. Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. Please ensure a contact number is available so the driver can reach you to coordinate the drop-off. If a delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the package may be returned to our warehouse, and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
